Kémoo has contributed to numerous high-profile projects and the transit community in Canada.

Sérgio has over 20 years of experience in the aerospace industry, focusing on customer experience, supply chain, and operational efficiency. He has led transformations at major companies such as Bombardier and Embraer and developed the NICE methodology to improve customer service. His education spans civil engineering, an international MBA, and certifications from top institutions like Kellogg and Harvard.

Nedal has over 30 years of experience in the diplomatic, public, and private sectors, including roles as a Trade Commissioner and General Manager. He is a recognized strategy consultant with expertise in international business and public-private partnerships. He is also a community leader and fellow of the Business Excellence Institute.

Norm has over 51 years of experience in construction and infrastructure projects, specializing in roadways, bridges, and tunnels. His expertise includes contract administration, quality engineering, and environmental and geotechnical investigations. Norm has led major transportation projects for the Ontario Ministry of Transportation (MTO) and continues to be a recognized leader in construction management.

Lyndsay is a certified coach with over 20 years of experience, having worked for major companies like Deloitte, Walmart, and Mars Canada. She specializes in HR management and leadership development and offers coaching.

As the former Regional Head of Claims at MTO, he provided technical advice, supervised contract claims, and negotiated settlements on high-profile projects like the Muskoka River and Makobe River Bridges. His experience spans adjudication, mediation, dispute resolution, and contract administration across all phases of construction. With a focus on quality assurance and project management, Peter has contributed to numerous successful transportation infrastructure projects.

Susan has 15 years of experience in humanitarian relief and development, managing projects across Africa, Asia, and the Middle East. Her expertise in disaster preparedness and emergency management is supported by an MBA in International Business and an MA in Disaster and Emergency Management.

Gary has over 20 years of experience in construction contract administration, specializing in infrastructure projects for the Ministry of Transportation of Ontario (MTO). He has managed complex contracts, claims analysis, and cost control for projects such as highway expansions and bridge replacements.

Richard has over 40 years of experience managing construction, road, and bridge projects, including precast concrete inspections and contract administration for MTO. His leadership at Platinum Project Management involves overseeing technical support, cost control, and resolution of project issues.
