We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning and execution of infrastructure projects from concept to completion.

Position Summary

The Project Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of project delivery for clients, including planning, budgeting, resource coordination, risk management, and client communication. Th individual will ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to close-out.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and provide regular project updates.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third-party contractors/consultants for flawless execution.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, costs, and risks to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with technical specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and manage documentation including contracts, reports, and change orders.
  • Lead project meetings and ensure clear communication across all stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Systems, Environmental), Engineering Technology, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience managing infrastructure, construction, or consulting projects.
  • Excellent communication, observation, and documentation skills.
  • PMP certification or equivalent is preferred.
  • P.Eng. EIT or CET or equivalent is preferred.
  • Strong understanding project management software and applications.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites as required.
