Reconstruction of Highway 61

The Ministry of Transportation of Ontario has undertaken a planning and preliminary design study for the reconstruction of Highway 61, focusing on the segment from Arthur Street to Loch Lomond Road. The study aims to address safety concerns and improve traffic flow in the area.
Proposed improvements include road widening, intersection enhancements, and the addition of roundabouts to improve traffic efficiency. Public consultations are ongoing to gather feedback and refine the project plans.
This was not undertaken by Infrastructure United. However, several of our team members contributed to this project prior to joining our organization. Their experience and expertise gained from such projects enhance the capabilities we offer to our clients today.
